Blast It Global has scheduled training for the theory component of "Surface Shotfiring" . On successful completion of the theory and performance assessment requirements, a statement of attainment will be issued for this units of competency. Training provided by Blast It Global is recognised by the D.E.M.I.R.S Western Australia, and Resource Safety and Health Queensland as proof of training competency for acquiring the relevant states Shotfirers Licence.
Blast It Global is not an RTO and all SOA's are issued by Down to Earth Training & Assessing.

Magazine Keeper \ Controller Training

Magazine Keeper training course meets the requirements of AS2187.1 to ensure that Appointed Magazine Keepers have been provided formal training with reference to their responsibilities and duties. Training is mapped to the National Training Competency
"RIIBLA205E Store, Handle and Transport of Explosives". On successful completion of the theory and performance assessment requirements, a statement of attainment will be issued for this unit of competency. Training conducted on request for a minimum of 4 trainees.

Underground Shotfirers Course
Blast It Global conducts the RIIBLA201E Support Shotfiring Operations. This course focusses on the key legislative, safety and operational requirements of using explosives for blasting operations. On successful completion of the theory and performance assessment requirements, a statement of attainment will be issued for this unit of competency.
Training conducted on request for a minimum of 6 trainees.

Blast It Global provides training for the following nationally recognised Underground Shotfirers Units of Competency.
- RIIBLA205E Store, hand and transport explosives;
- RIIBLA303E Conduct underground development Shotfiring;
- RIIBLA304E Conduct underground production Shotfiring; and
- RIIBLA305E Conduct secondary blasting.
On successful completion of the theory and performance assessment requirements, a statement of attainment will be issued for this unit of competency.
Blast It Global can also supply RIIBLA402E Control & monitor the effects of blasting on the environment, as required.

Client Specific Training
Advanced Blast designer training is mapped to the National Unit of Competency (UoC) RIIBLA403 Design blasts. Blast It Global has created a course which explores the science of blasting with reference to real examples to assist with validation of learnings. On successful completion of the theory and performance assessment requirements, a statement of attainment will be issued for this unit of competency.
